Young Audiences Program

Nutcracker on the RocksKeshet is committed to inspiring passion and opening unlimited possibilities through the experience of dance. Therefore, Keshet’s goal is to provide as many people as possible with the opportunity to experience dance.

The Schooltime Matinee Series gives youth, 1st thru 12th grades, the opportunity to see Keshet’s Nutcracker on the Rocks, Spring Concert and Repertory Concert and to talk with the cast, crew and choreographers after each of the shows free of charge.

Nutcracker on the Rocks

A modern dance, rock n roll version of the classical favorite.
75-90 minutes (includes 10-15 Q&A session with the cast, crew, and choreographer after the show)
Recommended Age: 1st grade and above

Nutcracker on the Rocks is presented at The National Hispanic Cultural Center.

Spring Concert -

75-90 minutes (includes10-15 minute Q&A session with the cast, crew, and choreographers after the show)
Recommended Age: 3rd - 7th grade

11th annual Spring Concert - May 3 & 4, 2007 at 10 am

Repertory Concert -

75-90 minutes
(includes 10-15 minute Q&A session with the cast, crew, and choreographers after the show; special focus on careers in the arts)
Recommended age:   8th - 12th grade

Tickets for both Spring Concert and Repertory Concert shows are free! Tickets are for school groups only and are on a first come first serve basis.  Order tickets by contacting Erin at (505) 224-9808 or erin@keshetdance.org. Please indicate any special needs at the time of your order. Shows are presented at South Broadway Cultural Center.
