Studio Booking Policy and Rates

• All parties who rent KDC studio space must fill out a rental contract agreement prior to use.
• Full payment of rental fees for one time use, or for one month’s rent for ongoing use, must be received and contracts must be signed prior to the first day of rental.
• Unless notice of cancellation of any period of the rental is given to KDC at least 14 days prior to the date of the rental, Tenant will be liable to KDC for the entire rental fee for the period of rental as set forth in the signed agreement.
• Tenant agrees that the space is only available for this rental during the times listed on the contract.  Any time spent in addition to these specifications (i.e., early set up time and / or late departure) will be charged to the tenant in no less than half hour increments.
• Tenant will be liable for any damages incurred against Keshet property during rental of the facility, whether due to the actions of the tenant or any person associated with the tenant and his or her rental of the space.  Covered damage includes any Keshet facilities or property, including but not limited to the dance floor surfaces, sound equipment, temporary or permanent walls, props or costumes, furniture or any other property pertaining to or within the building or its grounds.

RENTAL RATES

Rates are available in no less than half-hour increments STUDIO A (front studio, approx size: 30’ X 40’) STUDIO B (back studio, aprox size: 40’ X 50’) For non-KDC CLASSES and /or REHEARSALS (Monday – Sunday) Discounted Rates KDC Community students who are enrolled in at least one KDC class during the current session Current Staff & Teachers not charging students for instruction Current KDC Community students renting for optional rehearsals associated with KDC Events $15/HR $10/HR FREE One Hour: FREE For additional hours, rates above would apply. $15/HR $10/HR FREE One Hour: FREE For additional hours, rates above would apply.
